SELF-DRIVEN TOURS

A popular way to discover Europe, we have developed a self-driven tour around Croatia, from Zagreb to Dubrovnik. After picking up your car at the airport in Zagreb, we guide you to Croatia's most beautiful sites. See a spot you would like to stop along the way? You control the drive - just be sure to get to your hotels by day's end!

DESCRIPTION:

Ideal for a first visit to Croatia, this self-driven tour will allow you to discover the major sites of the country. We have suggested the following stops on your drive from the capital city of Zagreb to the gorgeous walled-city of Dubrovnik: the UNESCO heritage lakes of Plitvice, the ancient town of Zadar, Split and the famous Diocletian's Palace, the historic coastal town of Trogir.

PRICE INCLUDES:
  • Economy class ticket with Lufthansa or similar from Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa or Toronto to Zagreb and return from Dubrovnik to your city of origin

  • Seven nights (two in Zagreb, two in Split, three in Dubrovnik) in double occupancy rooms with breakfast in four star hotel accommodation and one night (Plitvice) in three star hotel accommodation

  • Car rental, standard category, with pick up at Zagreb airport and drop off at the Dubrovnik airport

  • Taxes and fuel surcharges (estimated at $495 per person, subject to change at time of ticketing)

  • GST & QST

OUR TIPS:
  1. During your free day in Split, take a boat to a nearby island or visit Trogir, a UNESCO Heritage city

  2. Looking for the perfect souvenir? The necktie was first invented in Croatia, a fun fact to share when showing off your new tie at dinner with friends!

  3. We can't say enough about the beauty of the Dalmatian coast. Be sure to have your cameras ready!
